Right decided many years to late to go check what all the fuss was about..Was worth the 6am drive up in freezing cold tho.Somehow after climbing a fence and hopping over i found myself face down in an old bath full of freezing water,I honestly don't know how i did it ,it was to the lfet of me then i was laying in it..But hey Ho Space Invader pulled me out by the rucksack..so to say i was cold went and numb is an understatement..Met security ,asbestos contractors and more security ,unBothered by this we found ourselves at the tower and after bumping into a 28dl bloke who's name i know starts with anal(something) we where directed to the padded cell and had a wander round there before finally heading out to be greeted by more security "phoning" the police..To be honest the polish worker we first met wouldn't give a flying and tbh couldn't speak very good English neither could security so with a wave and a smile we went on our way..Fooking good laugh as they where smashing down stuff very Very close by ..

Hi there! I live 10 mins from west park, and since your bog on this place a lot more has been smashed down.all the walkways(with tunnels underneath)are now gone.they were excellent for going from building to building without being seen.a lot more security now,as at st ebbas down the road,as it is now being built upon.
ReplyDeleteMate we went back a few months ago and saw what was left ..redevelopment is more than underway the remaining buildings are stripped ready to convert..shame but it happens
ReplyDeleteDo you have room for another on your next exploration?iv visited a few places in kent as i work down that way quite a lot.shat my pants bigtime last time i was at lydden spout shelter-it was raining when i came out and i grabbed at the rope but missed.slid, down slope about 15 feet and managed to grasp a piece of rebar!anyway,i know theres a lot more to explore in kent than surrey and i want to see more.i been hooked!
ReplyDeleteah mate im afraid we have a full group and a lot of our explores are out of kent so for someone we dont know to come along isnt likely to happen im afraid..If you use exploring forums theres more than enough local people who are looking to meet up with people..we normally only meet up with people we have spoken to on the forums etc ..sorry about that
